Top sheets white paper, yellow bottom sheet and blue middle sheet where applicable.

Top sheet printed in the colour as selected, copy sheet(s) printed in black ink.

Top and middle sheets will be perforated for easy removal from the book, whilst the bottom sheets will be unperforated to remain in the book.

Numbering also available.
